MAGNUS Rent a car & trailers Terms and conditions MAGNUS Rent a car & trailers -This means owner of the veniche Hireling – the person or company who have rented the veniche by signing the Rental Agreement Driver – the person who have signature the Rental Agreement like a driver By signaturing the Rental Agreement, the hireling is accepting all these terms and conditions. The hireling get the responsibility to return the veniche in a same condition, right at the time specified in the Rental Agreement. MAGNUS Rent a car & trailers employees have rights to control the veniche. If they find some brakeings of the terms and conditions, they have rights to return the veniche. Caution: - The vehicle can not be used for paid traffic of people or goods - The vehicle can not be used for any racings, speed testing, driving instructions - The vehicle can not be used for illegal purpose - The vehicle can not be used in a alcohol, drugs, narcotics or barbiturates and other conditions - The vehicle can not be used if it have some technical problems, is over laden or the registration is finished - The vehicle can not be used for the carriage of passengers or property for hire or reward - The vehicle can not be used outside of highways or road serviced by federal state or provincial governments - MAGNUS Rent a car & trailers is not accepting any responsibility for breaking these conditions Minimum Rental Period: 1 (one) day Age Requirements: Minimum rental age is 21 years for all car groups There is no maximum rental age. There is no surcharge for young drivers.

Cross Border Policy: Cross Border Rentals are allowed to all countries in Europe. Green card is not provided. There must be request for the Green card.

License Requirements: The driver has to be in possession of a valid driving licence for at least 2(two)years and with no major endorsements. Driving license issued in Belgium and Netherlands is valid for renting a vehicle in Macedonia (No international driving license is required).

Payment Policy: Acceptable methods of paymentare: • Credit cards allowed (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, VisaElectron) • Debit cards allowed • cash

Refueling Policy: The vehicle will be supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full. If some fuel is missing, the employer in MAGNUS Rent a car & trailers with the car user must go at the nearest gas station to fill the full tank and pay extra costs of 10 euros.

Special Equipment: GPS –EUR 5.-(per day) Snow chains–free of charge Baby seat –EUR 5.-(per day) Child seat–EUR 5.- (per day) Green Card – 30 EURO (once) Special Equipment/Optional extras may be requested at the time of booking, but they are Not included in the rental price. They arepaid in the local currency at the rental desk. Please note the price of optional extras is subject to change without notice. The optional extras are subject to availability Insurances & Waivers: - CDW –included in the price - Theft waiver (TW):–included in the price - Third party liability insurance–included in the price - Super Cover-5.50 EUR per day - Full insurance does not cover: damage of interior, mirrors and tires - Excess damage for all classes: 1500EUR+18%VAT Cancellation policy: Our policy regarding cancellations is that they must be made by e-mail/by telephone. Your written cancellation request must be received within a minimum of 24 hours notice in advance of the start date of the rental. Cancellation fee: if canceled less then 24 hours before renting,one rental day will be charged. Out of hours policy: Out of hours service allowed An additional charge of EUR 15.- will be applied to any vehicles collected after office hours only if the airplane arriving after office hours is late according to the flights chedule and if MAGNUS Rent a car & trailers is not informed for such late of the airplane with 2(two)hours notice. Accidents / Road side assistance: 24/7 Assistance is available for you. Our emergency center will receive your call and24/7 reachable agent will be immediately focusing on you trying to help you in our best way. Additional Drivers: Additional drivers are free of charge. Additional drivers must meet the same requirements as the primary driver. Maximum 1(one) additional driver allowed.

Deposit: Minimum EUR 500.- for all car groups. When renting a car you will be required to put down a local deposit, using embossed credit card. This deposit is also intended to cover your excess, which constitutes your maximum liability in the event happening to the car during the hiring period. You will be required to pay for any damage, including tyre and wind screen, that occurs to the rental vehicle up to the excess amount. Other fee sand taxes: Lost Of Key-Loss of car keys or vehicle documents will be charged

Driver negligence Any damage to the vehicle done by driver’s negligence (burnt clutch, damage due the driving on unsealed roads, parking the car on high side walk curbs etc.) will be charged to the client for the FULL AMOUNT OF THE REPAIR COST.

Wrong fuel Wrong fuel-If client used the wrong fuel when filling the car will be charged to the client for the FULL AMOUNT OF THE REPAIR COST.

Parking and speeding fines Parking and speeding fines-Parking and speeding fines plus an administration fee will be charged to the client.

Condition of vehicle interior Condition of vehicle interior-If the vehicle is returned in a nun acceptable state,and the interior of the vehicle is unacceptably dirty and in need of extra cleaning or repair costs (cigarette burns on seating etc.), a MINIMUM‘ Extra cleaning’ chargeof EUR 100.- will apply.
